Reality appears to us in the polarity of two opposing aspects. Reality must be explained from two opposing concepts. Reality arises from the conflict of two opposing principles.

This work-in-progress collection of photographs focuses on the fas- cinating yet controversial world of hunting, where tradition and con- temporary ethical issues collide. This is a topic I have personally been dealing with for quite a long time and is very close to my heart, as I come from a hunting family.

The series unflinchingly shows both beauty and pain. It encourages viewers to think about what hunting really means to them. This allows the viewer to reflect not only on the aesthetics of nature, but also on the deeper ethical issues that surround it. I would like to invite society to dialogue and reflect on what it means to be part of an ecosystem in today‘s world.
